You can help

Yes, you can very well do something for the children!

“Constant dripping wears away the stone!”

Anyone can help and any help counts, even the most insignificant help.

If you enjoy writing, you can write letters to one or all of the following departments. Sometimes one can already make his opinion clear in three sentences. If you don’t dare then please don’t think, “I cannot change anything anyway!” Please don’t be silent; talk to your neighbors or friends about it and give them this paper!

So if you want to write your opinion in favor of our children, you can find below the addresses of the newspapers and responsible people on federal level (only examples). All our appeals on federal state level seemingly fell on deaf ears.

You can write something in favor of individual families you personally know and/or in favor of the whole community.

We would be happy if you could send a copy of your letter to this address:
mail_us@twelvetribes.de and if you agree (please let us know clearly) we will publish it on our websites, because many times letters to the editor that were written in our favor have simply not been published. Please let us know if you want us to publish your initials only.

Once again we would like to thank you all for your support!

I personally know the Twelve Tribes Community in Hamburg, NY, United States, and can tell you that they are the kindest people you will ever meet. They raise their children well, much better than a good majority of folks NOT in the community. They actually do it the right way. They are taught morals, values, love, patience, kindness etc. To take these children away is a direct violation of their civil rights. YOU are abusing the children by forcefully taking them from their families, in which whom they love and want to be with. Please return them. You do not even know the community! So how can you make any judgement against them?? This makes no sense to me whatsoever!!
    Thank you,

    Dear All

My name is Cesar Camacho, and Im writing you from Buenos Aires – Argentina.
Since August 2013, when my son Juan Pablo Camacho, decided to join the Community the 12 Tribes of Israel in General Rodriguez Province of Buenos Aires, I learned of the existence of the Community.
They have shown at all times be exemplary in every way. Attend their weekly meetings, and stay overnight in their house Menucha. I have always been treated with respect and affection, not only for adults and adolescents and children. I found a full Peace I contagion to carry on in my life.
Juan Pablo has found its place in the world, living in community with brothers of his new life.
I have visited other houses in the Community and met in all the same idea, and the same meaning for life, work respect and love for their brothers. Is as surprise see how they educate their children. They are not envious of the society where all can see every day child trafficking, sexual abuse, labor abuse, etc etc.
No all use the Laws of the civilized world since the Rights of the Child are often neglected.

At the beggining I had my preconceptions, and even I believed that they were a sect

Today I see that all these doubts were unfounded, and that is the best place my son chose to live.

When I find out what happens to children in Germany (Klosterzimmern), I remain bewildered. It is totally unfair that have ripped them from their parents.
It is an abuse that I can not get into my head. A mature & high as the German, society has removed the children as criminals. They have the right and honor those guys Rights should return them to their homes.

I will pray and ask God to stop enlighten much damage

    Thank you,

    Cesar H. Camacho

The twelve tribes community in Winnipeg I know personally. In this group of people I’ve stayed in 2013 3 months. Never before I have met such friendly and polite people, especially the children. I have not seen any abuse and can not imagine that this group of believers would hurt their children. I know for sure they love them, this i have seen. I am therefore surprised by the fact that the children in Germany are taken from their homes and have not been back since. Even now I follow a lot about you in various media. I wish you much strength and hope to be able to meet the community in Germany very soon.

  4. Hello Everyone!! This is Edward (Elijah). I have been thinking of everyone in the community and wanted to let you all know that I have not forgotten your kindness and generosity while I lived with you in Island Pond and Plymouth. I hope you all are well. I hope to see you again. Peace and Love, Edward.

  5. My name is Trevor and I lived with the tribes in Island Pond. I lived in Bellview House with Amatz and Nahaliel and awesome brothers including David and Joseph the woodsman and Judah (who was indeed preeminent among his brethren), Yatthed and one of the most influential people in my life, Jeremiah Pimpare.

I think about them (and you) often. But I remember the children. By name. Every single one. There were so many. And I try to tell people that you guys don’t really raise children, you create little humans. Little humans that walk up and look you in the eye and take your hand and TALK TO YOU. They are inquisitive and intelligent and everything the world would call “self-possessed”. And I think about how the children I knew are grown up now. I have great confidence in them no matter where life takes them.

I took the rod once. The rod was the popular form of physical discipline for children. The rod is these balloon sticks about 24 inches long and about 1/8th of an inch thick and when the rod comes out it’s no carnival anymore. The party is over. And the women get really good at using them.

I wanted to experience it for myself. I was surprised! I must admit, it hurt like a bee sting! Right on your palm. OWEEEE! And I was supposed to be a rough, tough woodsman of Bellview House! It absolutely gets your attention. My eyes got wide. I said, “Hey, that actually hurts!” By the third stroke I was like, “OK, OK I get the idea. Balloon stick bad.”

But what makes it work is “correction is not rejection”. With other physical discipline, there’s often the attendance of anger, rejection, and shame. And the evil enemy, guilt.

None of this was present in the tribes. When you receive your discipline, it’s over. It’s gone. There’s nothing hanging over your head. You are RESTORED.

There were even some people in the church that I felt unfairly judged me and were harsh on me but…I saw how being in submission to one another actually worked. We don’t have to be right all the time, just together. And even in the church, people have bad hair days. And they have a lot of hair. And everybody comes with a past. I saw that healing is a process. Baptism is a process. Living together is a process.

Amatz told me one time that “our children are the highest priority all the time” and that was the word. The children were loved. And how bright were the nights when we got home to a rush of adoration and joy from these kids. No matter how tired we were, there was this rush of light and love on the coldest night. That is a flame that still glows in my heart.

To the children I have known; I remember every single one of your names. Every single one of you. And to the lost sheep. You are still part of my life.

My name is Trevor and I am a man of The Nations and I attest to the well being of the children of the 12 Tribes and this I will do honestly before any and all people.
