…only children with bright eyes…

A life together, Child Rearing, Long stays as a guest

During my two-week stay in the community of the Twelve Tribes I only saw children with bright eyes. One boy took my boy by the hand right away, because he was a bit shy at first and he showed him everything and was explaining things very patiently.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

He really always had such nice, shining eyes. After two years my son still talks about him and wants to help him to come back to his wonderful parents. The boy Noah drew many pictures with my son AND THEY WERE ALL JUST SUNNY, HAPPY PICTURES!

At a common supper one woman talked about her daughter who stayed in the so-called “free world” and went down a wrong path. While she was talking, she started crying; a five-year-old boy got up, left the room, and came back shortly after that and gave that woman a handkerchief. He said,

“Don’t cry, it will all be good again.”

Back then I was deeply touched and thought, ‘What child his age would respond that way where we come from?’ From my own experience as a mother I know that children this age are still very selfish.

The little children there did not know what it meant to take away a toy from another. They are used to sharing everything and helping each other. Do the 2 to 4-year-old children in this technocratic world act that way? I ask all mothers this question.

It really is a shame for us to scorn such kind-hearted people, and to take away happy, compassionate, helpful children from their parents, who only taught them all the good in life, and to conform them to our behavior patterns by force!!! … with all that goes along with it – television full of crimes, thrillers, violence, sex, and negative news, computer games, smartphones, which only harm our children.

These children differ in the way they treat each other, the adults, and the animals from our children in the positive! And all this good you, “dear ladies and gentlemen,” who think you are civilized, want to destroy??? … instead of being happy that there are still a few children and adults like that on our planet… living like in little oases, being self-sufficient, and not harming anyone else, but only helping everyone else.

img_2457In the Twelve Tribes there is a place for everyone who does not see a chance in the world anymore. Also outcasts, abandoned, and handicapped people were welcomed, and they feel loved and only change for the better. I only saw people like that there.

Even the animals there live like kings. The cows have a bright, huge barn with the gate wide open and they can go in and out as they please. The goats, who were described to me as aggresive by many Austrian owners, there they are friendly and tame. The goatherd who I talked with about this phenomenon, said to me, “If we understand them and love them, then they improve in their character.”

With this letter I send my appeal to all who can still think and sympathize and who the fate in life of these wonderful, unspoiled children souls depends on.

With hope and kindness,

Irina Seelinger

A life together, Raised in the Twelve Tribes, Youth

What do our Youth think about?

Those who grew up in Klosterzimmern, for instance…

Here is an article one of those wonderful youth wrote earlier this year (2015), for one of our Freepapers. So she wrote this about one and one-half years after the terrible Raid of September 5, 2013.

Let’s Run the Race Together

Are you looking to extend the earth’s time?

Try as you might to back time up and coerce this selfish consumer society into ‘saving the planet,’ will you succeed? Or will the careless greed that has gotten our planet into the state it’s in…prevail?

How was life meant to be? How should we restore it? Well, as you devote your life to this very admirable quest, I am giving every once of my energy and future, giving up my own thoughts, speculations, and ideas, to bring an end to this evil age. There is only one solution.

Few human beings retain enough of the image of God to abide by the natural law inside them. They are the ones who seek after food, clothing and shelter in an honest and honorable way. Providing for their families, they control the greed and evil within them and their children. God will reward every man for his righteous deeds.

The one solution, that I live, must transcend that righteousness. It is for the broken, the needy, and all those who are willing to give up their rotten, stinking lives. It is for those who lack the power to fight the selfish and destructive nature within them. Although I grew up in this new and living way, I am without a doubt one of the needy. Having been spared from a lot of the devastation that is bound to accompany self life, I have experienced the ugly fruit of my own selfishness and seen my desperate need. My love has limits. On my own I’m powerless against the forces that have wreaked havoc on this planet. We have a Savior! He died for us and paid for our sins in death. Now we no longer live for ourselves, but to see His kingdom come to this earth. We love Him by obeying all of His commands, and most importantly by loving the nearest one to us.

He even said,

“Do not worry, then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or “What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you…” (Matthew 6:31-33)

That is how we live. He told us:

“If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine. And you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” (John 8:31-32)

“Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he will never see death.” (John 8:51)

We have been set free to love others, care for others and share our eternal hope with others.

You must come and see the witness of His love here on earth. Come, give up your life, be forgiven and we’ll run the race together!

Abuse in Foster Care, Corruption

A reader comment on the radical injustice done to our children by the state and social services of Bavaria.1

In contrast to a few blows with a rod, this is a continuous torture—one that causes lifelong damage to the children!

Her Comment:2

It is incomprehensible, that so many authorities keep silent in this matter, and say nothing about the injustice, that happened to the children and parents of the Twelve Tribes here. Maybe they even think, that injustice will become justice if they uphold it long enough? This can not even be justified with the reason: it takes time to do all the investigations. They truly did enough of that!

Although they did not find any sound reasons to take the children, they still have the attitude: It can’t be that we made a mistake. But WE did make a mistake!

How long will people just watch—just be onlookers? How much time will be whiled away, while the damage in the souls of the children gets bigger and deeper?

Who of the responsible ones has not long ago realized that the measures are and were completely exaggerated?

Will there finally be somebody that is ashamed? Someone who wants to put an end to this suffering, to be able to look at themselves in the mirror again?

Does no one of the responsible ones have children themselves and can imagine, what these wrong decisions actually mean?

Who is supposed to be protected by upholding this unjust situation? Surely not the children!

What kind of “intertwined groupings” work so hard here? Political alliances? All of them are horrible…

I beg the responsible ones, the decision-makers, to have the courage and to finally say: Stop! This was a mistake…

Anyways, the suffering of these children and the pain of the parents should accompany and affect these people in their holidays, in their dreams, just at all times, when they are happy with their own family… because you feel so good and so righteous… when you fulfill the norms of the crowd—isn’t that the case?

Also, those who think differently and act differently than you are loving parents!

All you silent powerful ones: do something finally! Don’t you also have a conscience, don’t you feel: what is right and what is wrong? In contrast to a few blows with a rod, this is a continuous torture—one that causes lifelong damage to the children!

Is there not ONE that has the guts to oppose this injustice that has happened? I just beg you: just do it. The suffering has gone on way too long already..

Romana Nyffenegger

A life together, Corruption, Education, Food for Thought, forcibly taken, Plea to go home, Raised in the Twelve Tribes

A very important and updated post

The truth about our children, who told you no

The following is an account from one of the families of the children ripped from their homes on September 5, 2013. These two girls have been held in Jugendamt temporary custody for over 20 months without any main hearing (which is against the law, against the Child Protection Act). The reports of officials who examined the children and filed reports to Judge R. Nordlingen District Court, and from the children themselves prove the well-being of these children.

The Court has ignored these compelling findings and continues, along with the high officials of the Donauwörth Jugendamt (youth services), to deliberately deceive the public deliberately that the Community in Klosterzimmern is bad, that the parents are bad, and that the teachings are bad. This creates at atmosphere of what sociologists of religion call “moral panic” — a deliberate effort by governments to cause the public to fear minority religions.

Yet the children evidence nothing but good in their persona lives and in their interactions with others,

except for the clear evidence of trauma from the separation from their parents.

This is religious persecution, if anyone cares to face the truth.

The question still arises: Can a bad tree bear good fruit?

Besorah01The reports of all the other parents and children are similar and have been written and spoken to the District Court Nördlingen and many representatives of the youth office. In response these officials do nothing. In the meantime they violate the law by making every effort to turn our children away from their own faith, their parents, their culture, and their way of life. They are forcibly kept away from their parents, although they have repeatedly expressed the desire to be with them. (Destroying families by taking children away from parents is outlawed by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide.1)

  • At no time prior to the taking into care, has the appropriate youth office personnel (Jugendamt) visited us or checked with our family to see if the accusations against us could possibly be true. In fact, there were no accusations against our family personally, which could be read in the files of the Jugendamt, which actually only started on September 1, 2013!

  • The medical officer examined our daughters immediately after they were taken into custody on September 5, 2013, and publicly testified that he saw no signs or traces of ill-treatment of physical or mental nature. The girls were unharmed! Likewise, there were positive results at a medical examination during the lessons on May 24, 2012 by the same doctor.2

  • Very noteworthy, however, is the medical certificate of our family physician of Nördlingen, whom Besorah visited just after her release in December 2013. He speaks of a psychological state of emergency, psychogenic gastric pain and overstrain syndrome.3 This is something that would have been spared our then 14-year-old daughter if she had not experience the trauma of being taken into “care” by the state. Which party abused and injured my daughter? Was it not the State?

  • Letter from another doctor, dated September 30, 2014, which clarifies my children’s state:

P1120757“In the meantime, I have made contact with the physicians, pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, and psychologists who are concretely and regularly attending the community. After detailed, technical discussions on the issues of punishment, maltreatment, personality damage, and the ability of the medical care we came to the unanimous conclusion that there is not even a hint of evidence in any of these areas suggesting damage in physical, psychological or educational terms.

We keep hereby explicitly state that we have children physically and psychologically only exceptionally well-developed — unlike in our professional practice. To the parents of the children we unanimously certify parental medical care which is far above the average.”

  • Enclosed also writing of the children by the Jugendamt psychotherapist from September 15, 2014 who came to the conclusion that our Community is quite capable to raise up happy people who are viable in our society. He talks about our young people and also about his impressions of Besorah (now 16) and viewed her and the others to be extremely confident and balanced.

  • Statement of the children’s lawyer on November 17, 2013:

About Ishah:

“It was her greatest desire to be allowed to return home, she misses their parents very much.”

About Chaninah:

…”Chaninah appeared at first glance talking quite cheerfully and unburdened, but then broke pretty quickly into tears when we came to speak to the fact that she lives even now currently separated from their parents.DSCN1698

Chaninah fiercely sobbed and announced she would be back with her parents absolutely as soon as possible. She described herself as very desperate; they miss their parents very much, with whom they had previously and always been together. Besorah, who is 14 years old, and who otherwise looked very very mature and grown up, was in a similar emotional state…In any case she wants to live in the Community with her beloved parents. Her greatest desire to be as quickly as possible back with her parents.

Chaninah seemed to be from the forced taking into care by the state very insecure and helpless and anxious. All three girls spoke with a lot of longing and love about their parents. I have no doubt that the children have grown up in an environment with a lot of security and care shown by their parents and by other members of the Community. For me there is no doubt that the children love their parents very much and that they suffer from the separation, very severely sometimes.”

  • Chaninah wrote to District Chief Rößle in December 2013:

Schott-2013-12-chaninah-an-hr

Your honor Herr Rößle,

I plead with you that this letter will be considered.

I want to go home!

The Jugendamt wants to convince me and tell me that I am doing better here in the home than at home. This is a lie! I can not live without my parents! It breaks something in my soul when I am separated from my parents.

This also goes against the law! Because in the law it says that children have the right to live with their parents. I want to go home again. I won’t give up, as long as I am not at home. The best place from my whole life was with my parents. I know this! I will hold on to this hope, that we will come home! I want to make it clear to you that I want to go home!

Many greetings and thank you very much,

Chaninah Schott

Landrat-elternzeit-rueckkehr-donauwoerth-3Y09

Honorable Stefan Rössle, at home, with his family.

  •   The children’s lawyer wrote on September 4, 2014:

“In this conversation she (Chaninah) stated her desire to return completely back to Klosterzimmern.

About Ishah: ‘It would be best for them but if they could return completely.’

  •   Ishah wrote on April 26, 2015:

“WANT

TO

GO

HOME”

10 times in capital letters:

2015-04-26-ishah-an-sv-august-frenzelLearning status documents on the academic performance of our children can be found in parts of the school records of our private supplementary school in Klosterzimmern of 2005-2013, which was considered to be suitable to meet the school and compulsory vocational education in Bavaria. See the posts “Let the Record Speak” for exactly what these records say.

It is found generally positive assessments of the competent inspection authorities: The Jugendamt director, the school psychologist, the School Director and others report objectively about their good impression that they have won from our children. cropped-schott_02.jpg

  • Development Reports (October 8, 2014 to April 22, 2015) about our daughters Chaninah and Ishah from the children’s home, in which they are housed since the taking into care. Their reference teacher has verbally confirmed that the girls are “an asset to the group, because they are very social, while the children in the group very self-centered.” Please to note! They were taken into custody that way; they were not made that way in custody!

  • Chaninah’s Report of the Raid, written April 26, 2015: “Every day I hope that I’ll be home soon… And no one can replace my parents, they will always be the best parents in the world for me. I know that they love me and I have also loved !!”

  • Since the Raid, she wrote in the same report: “It feels like in a prison, never knowing when to get out and always being under observation. Every day I hope that I’ll be home soon.”

As you can plainly see, there never has been any evidence provided by the Jugendamt or the District Court to prove endangerment to the children (ages 13 and 10), who have been in temporary Jugendamt custody for over 20 months. The judge has not even set a date for the main hearing, even after being corrected severely by the Appeals Court in Munich.

But the evidence shows that these girls have been shining examples in  school, at home, and in their attitudes. These are two of the children the Youth Welfare Office says were severely abused because they were spanked. So, how how could children who were allegedly beaten daily get such glowing reports from the officials? And why do they constantly tell everyone in the foster institution, the youth welfare office, and the court that they want to go home to their parents who love them with all their heart? And why are their cries continually ignored?

Do you want to know the truth?

Would the public and the press ask the right questions… to the right people… and not those who have something to hide.

  1. It is genocide according to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 2, genocide is to “d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;” and “e) forcibly transferring children of the group to another group,” thereby, with regards to the Twelve Tribes in Germany, accomplishing “c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;” not to mention the second part of “b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group.” ↩
  2.   The judge is not an expert witness to competently judge psychological harm, yet she has kept the children almost two years with no other basis to keep them! ↩
  3. Why was there no uproar over such abuse? Could it be that no one in the media or government or social services actually cares about our children? ↩

A life together, Food for Thought, Raised in the Twelve Tribes, terrible experience

in the “Augsburger Allgemeine” on May 12, 2015 in the article, “Conflict about The Twelve Tribes” you might have seen two posters held up by two girls in the parade.

One poster showed a girl from 1939 with the title “You too belong to the Führer” and the other one was with a girl from today, and it said, “YOU TOO BELONG TO THE STATE”.

HumanRightsI just wanted to let you know: I am this girl from today and I feel exactly like on that picture. The DearReader-PhotoJugendamt and the family court treat me as if I belong to the state. Since almost two years they try to control my life – without reason.

On September 5,2013 they wrested me from my parents and the community in where I lived, with hundred police, and brought me to the District Office Donauwörth. There were police standing at every exit and in every corner. After a conversation with a social worker we were brought to an examination room. There we were examined medically by state doctors, even though we already let ourselves be examined voluntarily by state doctors in Klosterzimmern. We had to undress completely and of course they didn’t find or anything not even a scratch and I thought, we would go home right away since it was clear that we were not abused.

Imprisoned by the State!

But to my terror they transported me and one of my friends to an institution for difficult girls.

There we were put into “youth protection”…one room with nothing inside besides two beds and a little bathroom and two locked windows. The educators could only air out the room while we were eating and during that time the door was locked behind us. Before we got back to our room they locked the windows again. A real PRISON!

For the next five weeks we were completely isolated. I was not allowed to have any contact with my parents, my siblings, nor anybody else – with no friends or acquaintances, not even with my grandparents, who do not even live in the community. All my steps were controlled and watched precisely – we could not even take a walk to get fresh air.

https://newsdotzwoelfstaemmedotorg.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/img_3425.jpg

In that time I did not get to see my parents, that was very hard for me. Finally after weeks I could phone with them for ten minutes a week, but only under supervision. The phone call was listened to and the educator told me what I could say. Afterward she had to write everything down.

Also all my letters were opened and controlled.

My letters to Judge Roser at the court of Nördlingen and to the Judge Prexl at the Higher Regional Court were never answered. Even though I made it very clear at the hearings, that I want to go back to my parents, they only wrote in the rulings that I am endangered, because I live in the community and we believe in the Bible.

I missed everything at home so much – my parents, my siblings, and our beautiful, peaceful life together. How we were together all the time, it didn’t matter what we did, we always had so much fun together. Instead I was here, locked up behind high monastery walls and I could do nothing of all what I used to do before.

After half a year I had enough of it and finally fled from the institution. When I arrived in Klosterzimmern, I was so happy and I thought that now everything could be like before – but unfortunately it was not like that!!

The Jugendamt still tries to control my life.

Constantly they come with police raids to our property and try to catch me again and return me to the institution.

Since my flight from the institution I have to live in fear all the time, that I would be brought back to where I don’t want to be.

Yes, I think I have the right to say that the state controls me, for it is exactly like what I heard about the time 75 years ago. I thought, that people changed in the meantime. It is sad to see, how history repeats itself.

It was clear to me, since the beginning, that the state wants to destroy our community. And that that state tries to do it through the children. It is like genocide.1 If you take away the children of a people, the people perishes.

Last year the Jugendamt again did a raid with hundred police, to look for me and another girl, that fled from a foster family.

The Judge from the family court Nördlingen said that they could enter every house and every room of the village, because it all belonged to the Twelve Tribes.

It is, as if the police in Nördlingen can search every house in Nördlingen, just because I belong to the Catholic church and everyone in of Nördlingen is catholic.

Can I live according to my conscience in Germany?

Why can I not at least go with my parents to a place where I can do that?

A half a year ago I invited the Jugendamt and my former supplementary guardian for a conversation, to let them know, that I am doing good and to find a solution…

They told me clearly however, that I could not live like before and that they want to continue to control my steps. But is there reasons for that? — NO! There was none and there is no reason.

I was never abused in my life by my parents. I feel abused by the Jugendamt and put under psychological stress.

My school performance in the institution showed, that I was very well educated up to that point.

Our common life and our culture was very appreciated by all thousands of people and all enjoyed it.

Yet it is not a good life for me, according to the JA.

All they could tell me was:

it is not just a problem with your family, but also with the community and because YOU belong to it, we won’t let you go free.

Honoring discipline

Photo: Dieter Mack from Augsburger Allgemeine from May 12, 2015.

From Eva:

At the “Stabenfest” I carried a sign with the comparison of 1939 and TODAY. I carried this poster with conviction, because what I experience TODAY reminds me on the stories about the persecution of the Jews and the Nazi-time. Of course what we experience today is not exactly the same, but it can be compared, the oppression that ruled back then, is still be felt today. It works a lot more subtle but in some way is just as destructive as back then.

My little sister was ripped out of our family. We were all treated the same, just because we lived in twelve tribes communities. There is no proves for abuse. Our parents love my sister very much. She was desired and I was also very happy after eight years to get a little sister. She was and is a real treasure. We want to have her back with us. We will take very good care of her. That’s why I fight for her.1 I want the whole world to know! …And I won’t give up to let everyone know what is happening to us. Maybe you see it as something terrible to compare “this Germany” with the time in 1939, but we have to face reality and make a change. Please don’t look on and don’t let the German state repeat the same mistakes. Please stand up for what is in your conscience.2

From Besorah:

You might wonder why I carried and showed a sign at the Stabenfest, on which you could see police and the word “Shock”. On September 5,2013, I was separated from my parents against my will and taken into state custody. Being separated from my parents was a horrible time and I don’t like to think about it. And even worse than that, my sisters are still separated from our family. I want to do everything for them, that they could finally live with their family again.

Some of you might have asked yourselves what our situation has in common with the “Stabenfest”, but it does a lot. “Stabenfest” comes from a time when it was normal, when parents trained their children with a rod. Nowadays, these ancient traditions are still allowed to be celebrated but if you practice them, your children are taken away from you. That’s why I want to stand up for this injustice.

Our parents always loved us and never abused us.
