A space outside the law

Important links about the Jugendamt

The Bamberg Declaration of October 2007 (Chair: Annelise Oeschger, President of the INGO Conference of the Council of Europe).

League for Children’s Rights 2009, which quotes a well-known German professor: the Jugendamt operates in a “space outside the law” (p. 2).

klenner_kleinProf. Klenner, one of Germany’s best known psychologists, has stated:

Decisions of fateful importance are being made by agents of an authority who cannot be held responsible even when they are acting irresponsibly on purpose. This is called a space outside the law.

Hopeless resignation

Professor Klenner’s further comments on the behavior of the Jugendamt reveals its nature. The character of the greater is always seen by its treatment of the lesser — those in its power.

“As a rule, the Jugendamt agencies resort to measures such as taking children into custody by exploiting the element of surprise, always without giving any advance notice. Thus, Jugendamt employees are allowed to take children away, without giving them any opportunity to say goodbye to their parents or siblings, without letting them take any of their personal possessions, without giving the young person the right to ask their parents for help or to contact an attorney.

They are able to pass struggling, desperate children,  screaming in fear, onto strange families or children’s homes and to keep the parents in the dark about where their children are.

On top of this, they also have the authority to forbid any contact, any telephone calls and even the passing on of any greetings between parents and child. Not infrequently, the children who have been uprooted in this manner are told that their parents are sick or in prison – or even dead.”

Children who are brought to the point of hopeless resignation by such methods are more easily integrated into their new environment.

Source: an interview by Karin Jaeckel, quoted in “The Jugendamt — Enforced child welfare in a legal vacuum.”

The Jugendamt thus reveals what is necessary to integrate into German society. Such a citizen has no fight left in them against the status quo, no will to change or challenge the way things are. They can be sold anything, both literally and figuratively. This is necessary for life in the days of Isaiah 5:20.

None of this is theory. It is how the Jugendamt has treated hundreds of thousands of German parents and children. It is how they have treated us.

Torture

On page 4 of the 2009 declaration, the nature of the Jugendamt’s intervention into the family is directly compared to torture…of the parents and the children:

“Lastly it has to be mentioned that, according to the state of international research, it is beyond discussion that parental deprivation is a traumatic event that traumatizes the victims, children and their parents, for their lifetime. When committed by state organizations without legal justification, it must therefore be banished as mental torture.”

This torture we have experienced.

The demise of the Constitutional State of Germany

On page 3 of the 2009 report, Professor Klenner is quoted again, and further, starkly ominous conclusions are drawn:

Prof. Klenner states: “Whenever court decisions are ignored without contradiction, this is
regarded as a license for further arbitrary actions, so that consciousness of illegal acting does not arise at all. … The official tolerance is the determining event of transgressing the point of no return. This is immediately followed by more illegal acting and the lack of respect of the judiciary will follow immediately.” Many other experts share this opinion, but no remedy has been implemented as yet.”

On the contrary the position of the Jugendamt has been further enhanced by a recent amendment of Art. 1666 of the Civil Code that has just obtained legal validity. Whereas until now a proof of parental failure had been compulsory for the withdrawal of parental authority, this requirement has now been abolished and replaced by a mere “suspicion” of a danger for the child. In the document explaining the reasons for this new “law for facilitation of intervention of family courts in cases of danger to the welfare of children“ {Bundestag document no. 16/6815 of 24 October 2007 — see p. 9 (in German)} the Bundestag explains that the proof of parental failure is too tedious to establish.”

This reasoning is a very dangerous step towards the abolition of the constitutional state.  Parents are put under general suspicion, and this suspicion is declared sufficient for a  violation of the Right of Respect of Family Life, but also the Right of Liberty and Security.  The abandon of the basic maxim “in dubio pro reo” (benefit of the doubt) is a violation of the fundamental Right  to a Fair Trial: It is no longer necessary to prove the guilt of the suspect. Once this  movement is started there is no way of knowing where it will stop, and to which offences it will be extended. Germany is about to leave the basic principles of international  conventions on Human Rights.”

This is positive law at its worst, abolishing the most basic standards of justice to obtain the dual goals of stated government policy and the unstated goal of ever increasing the power of the state. As the state becomes greater the citizen becomes smaller.

The citizen is no bigger than the rights he has.

How big is he in Germany?

April 4, 2014 (German publication date)

04_03_14_Nechonah_Chassidah

Nechonah and Chassidah, two wonderful girls who ran away from foster care back to their loving parents and community.

On February 11, 2014 – one day after her eleventh birthday – Chassidah, after having spent six long months in a home for maladjusted youth, fled back to her family in Klosterzimmern.

Now shall she again be forcibly returned against her will (seeking to break her will)… because of supposed imminent danger? Would this, in fact, be incompatible with the welfare of this very special child? Read on and see, both the parents words and their daughter’s own tender heart expressed through her words. Should this tenderness continue to dwell in foster-homes for maladjusted children? Will it thrive there…or perish?

Following a letter from the parents to the district court in Nördlingen, written by her parents, Detlef & Christine Markeli, on March 29, 2014.

Dear Judge Roser,

I hereby would like to comment on the letter from Ms. Kundinger regarding the return of our daughter Chassidah.

lra_chassidah01

Application from the LRA Donau-Ries for handing over the child.

 Translation:

To the District Court in Nördlingen

Family Court

Taendelmarkt 5

86720 Noerdlingen

Concerning: application of custody for Markeli Chassidah, born on 3/10/2003

-Application for temporary order-

In the family matter Markeli Chassidah, born on 3/10/2003, amongst others concerning parental custody  we apply to issue following temporary orders:

1. The handing over of the child Chassidah Markeli to the substitute custodian is ordered

2. In order to accomplish the handing over of the child to the substituete custodian, direct force towards the parents who are obliged to hand her over and towards the child herself is to be applied.

3. The costs for this procedure will be charged to the parents.

Reason:

By family court ruling Noerdlingen 9/1/2013 the married couple Markeli has been deprived temporarly and partly of the custody of their daughter Chassidah. The custody has been transformed to the Office for Youth and Family Donau-Ries. (002 F 439/13)

The Markeli’s letter, continued:

First of all I want to say that I have so far never talked one word personally with Ms. Kundinger. I wonder how someone can come to such a conclusion that it is to be feared “that the family Markeli might go out of the country, therefore a provisional order must be given urgently. ”

It is always amazing how the Jugendamt (Youth Welfare Office) base everything they say and do on assumptions as if they were facts. But actually these things are plucked out of thin air and defamatory.

In my conversation with the subtitute custodian and the youth department on March 14, 2014, I explained that I do not see myself capable of acting against the conscience and the declared will of my daughter and return her to an institution in which she does not want to live.

My daughter has expressed to the educators in the home, the teachers of their school, her process assistance, the Jugendamt, her supplement custodian as well as to the court itself for 6 months, that she wants to go back to where her home is: to her family in Klosterzimmern.

Contrary to the assumptions of the Jugendamt no traces have ever been found of physical abuse and her clear letters and the testimony of her teachers and educators show that she has also not experienced any mental abuse on the part of her parents or the community. On the contrary – she is a bright girl with heart and courage.

Increasingly distressing for Chassidah was the constant refusal of the Jugendamt to respond to her desire for contact with their immediate family. In her letters to the OLG from 18 February 2014 and March 12, 2014 it is clearly indicated that she can not live with threats by the youth office for total contact ban.

Translation:

Dear Mr. Prexl,

Do you remember when you asked me at the hearing several times to promise you that I will not escape before you have decided something?

In the Bible in Matthew 5:37 the son of God has said, “Let your yes be yes and your no, no! Everything else is from the evil one.” My parents taught me that one must keep his word, even if it is difficult.

For me it’s also not easy to keep waiting, but I have promised you not to run away from the home and I want to respect it. I have only one question to you:

What I have done that the Jugendamt always promises me things that they do not do?

For example, I asked for 5 months for my big sister to be allowed to visit me, but never did anyone listen to me.

Only once, when my sister flew back to America again was she allowed to come once and the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) allowed me afterwards that my sister may call me once a week. I was very delighted then.

Then, a few weeks later she suddenly stopped calling and I did not know at all why. I could not make sense of it at all and no one told me anything about that.

Recently, I had learned by chance that her call had just not been forwarded to me in the home, because social services has said that she suddenly only once must call a month. The Jugendamt does not keep its word!

Why had the Jugendamt said nothing to me about it?

My dad has always kept his word.

Please let me go back to my family. There, everything is much nicer.

I want to go home!

friendly greetings,

Chassidah Markeli

Translation:

Dear Mr. judge Prexl, 3/12/2014

I heard that you made the decision that I cannot go home. I am so disappointed, because I had hoped you would help me and set me free finally. Instead Mr. Bishoff and Ms. Frisch from the Jugendamt came on Wednesday to see me. I had hoped very much that they would tell me that I could go home to Klosterzimmern. Instead they came and threatened me that they would cancel my phone contacts, if I didn’t behave properly in the home. I don’t understand that at all.

First they take me away from my parents and my siblings and then they prohibit the contact with my sister and now they come with such threats.

I cannot live under threats.

I have tried till now to make the best out of it, but now I can’t any longer. I have kept my word, but now I had to go home.

Chassidah Markeli

The Markeli’s letter, continued:

In my letter to the Jugendamt manager Mr. Kanth of 23 March 2014 I reported that threats and psychological pressure were a practice of the Jugendamt that has been applied not only to Chassidah, but also towards our now released sons and also many of the other children of our community.

A home manager confessed recently towards an affected father, that he had never encountered such a hardness in the instructions of the Jugendamt as in the case of children of the Twelve Tribes.

In various letters of our daughter is clearly stated that she appeals to you, Madam Judge, as the representative of the law and order, to get the rights granted to her as they are guaranteed by our Basic Law (German Constitution).

To her situation in the institution of the Antonia-Werr-Centre she has expressed the following:

She can not practice her religion.

1) Among other things it means by keeping the Jewish feasts such as the Passover and the subsequently connected Week of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, the Day of Atonement, the Feast of Tabernacles , the weekly Sabbath and the daily morning and evening meetings.

In her February 28, 2014 letter she wrote her judge:

Translation:

“How long will it take until I finally get home?

God has given each child parents and it is my right that I have parents who take care of me.

This law has given to every man to God.

God has also given each man a conscience, and every child knows where it belongs.

I just belong to my parents and my siblings.

I think my place is no longer in the home (convent).

I want to go home.

Here in the home are only children who need to change…”

The Markeli’s letter, continued:

Dear Ms. Roser,

After six long months Chassidah is still determined to live with us, her parents, in Klosterzimmern .

She was not allowed to visit us once during this time. Her repeated requests that her parents or siblings could visit her more often have never been granted (except for one time at Christmas and a one-time visit by her brother Chayah ).

The other girls in the home were allowed regularly to go home for the weekend and holidays. Even a girl who had beaten up her teacher (who had to go to the hospital!).

But Chassidah who has never done a bad thing, was never allowed to go see her parents.

Translation:

“How long will it take until I finally get home?

I urgently await your decision! The longer you keep me here in the home, the more I want to go home.

When I was deported on 5 September 2013 with all the other children of my parents and we were distributed to homes, I came here in the home with Sarah Remache under “protection of minors”.

We both felt like criminals.

In the “protection of minors” we could do nothing.

We were not even allowed to go out. (Note: they were confined there for five weeks!)

Now I’m in a group where girls who have beaten their teachers until they were in the hospital and other things just as bad. All the girls in my group can go home, regardless of whether they have broken their teacher’s nose or not.

All can go home. And myself, one who has never even wrestled with other girls can not go home…”

The Markeli’s letter, conclusion:

To keep a human against his will in a place, that is like a prison for the person concerned.

The Jugendamt has not considered this in regards to the welfare of my daughter Chassidah. They wish to keep her against her determined will to come home.

When you speak of the “best interests of the child”, we are referring to a human being and not just a legal dispute. Above all, the concern has to be also about the mental and spiritual welfare of the child – especially his conscience.

Everyone will be judged one day by how he has acted according to his conscience. The decisions he makes that are against or with his conscience, determine his eternal destiny. That’s why our Creator holds parents responsible for the extent to which they confirm and strengthen the voice of conscience in their children, or else deny and bring it to silence. As parents, we believe that we are in a direct responsibility to God, who has entrusted us with these children.

We believe that God is a God of families.

3) Contrary to the assumption of the Jugendamt, Chassidah – when she was interviewed by the appeals court (OLG) – has clearly answered that she WAS NOT AFRAID to return home.

The statement that a great danger be in letting Chassidah stay home, is unfounded.

4) The court has rightly observed that we parents love our children and our children love us. The Jugendamt has not recognized this in any way.

5) Chassidah was examined on March 28, 2014 by a pediatrician. She is healthy and happy to be home.

Finally we would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the facility in which Chassidah was housed, there are many influences that affect some of the young people there, and with which they have approached other children, like my daughter Chassidah – other sexual orientations for her life, with which my daughter can not and does not want to identify with.

My daughter has – by her own conscience – a right to be a woman and later as a wife to found a family. She has a right to be protected against such influences, which she does not desire. However, this can not be granted in such institutions.

We parents have – as you have already written quite right in your decision – a protective function for our children. Therefore, we do not see us able to meet the demand of the youth services and to force our daughter against her will and conscience to return there, from where she fled to us.

A forcible removal would not strengthen in any way my daughter in the faith and confidence that the court is acting in behalf of her welfare. It would shatter that.

We would therefore like to urge you once again to consider all the circumstances and to refrain from forcible return of our daughter in an institution of the youth ministry.

Is Sophie’s child dead or alive today?

Sophie Scholl’s Dream

On the morning of her execution Sophie Scholl had a dream: she carries a child in a white christening gown up a steep hill. Suddenly a crevasse gapes open at her feet. Sophie puts the child on the other side of the abyss…just before she falls into it herself. The child is safe, Sophie is lost.

Roland_Freisler

Judge Roland Freisler

What confidence to face death this dream gave her! Her life and the lives of her friends had not been in vain. The child would live on; as she told her cell mate, Else Gebel, “The baby in the white dress is our idea. It was survive us and succeed despite all pitfalls and obstacles.”*

A few hours later Nazi Judge Roland Freisler in room 216 of the Circuit Court in Munich proclaimed the judgment.

On 22 February 1943, the executioner triggers the guillotine.

Sophie is dead, after not even 22 years on this earth. Her body lies in the abyss, but the vision, the rescued child from the dream survived. The child’s name? FREEDOM.

Carefully Sophie drew these eight large letters (Freiheit) on the back of her indictment. Only decades later, when someone took the Scholl indictment in hand and turned it over, is the silent legacy discovered.

Germany recently celebrated the 71st anniversary of their execution. She had already become the “Woman of the Century.” Much honor to her and her companions – yes, they are due all of it.

But the child FREEDOM, how has she fared? Did she latter fall into the abyss as Sophie did?

Despite her young age Sophie decided to die for her conviction of conscience rather than to cowardly deny the voice of her heart:

I still hold the opinion, that I have done the best that I could do for my people. I therefore do not regret my action and do not want the consequences that result from my actions to be taken from me. ~ Sophie Scholl

On the day of her execution, she spoke of the great worth of their sacrifice – hers and Hans and Christopher Probst – if it succeeded in waking up thousands of others.

Wake them up to what? The knowledge of right and wrong conscience gives!

Read the Leaflets, O Germany! All six of them. They apply more than you think to the country TODAY. Sophie gave up her life; she fought in the hope of arousing the great German people from their moral torpor. Did she? Or did she die in vain?

Torpor, a noun: dullness; sluggishness; inactivity; as, a torpor of the mental faculties.

Did Sophie Scholl fight in vain?

As it stands today to people like us who have a conviction and cling to it in spite of new laws that go against that deep conviction…it looks very much like she lived and died in vain. Yes, to people like us it seems like Germany has heroes in the White Rose they celebrate but do not imitate. No doubt everyone does, but such praise of the courage of others when one is oneself a coward points directly to a lack of character…like an arrow hitting home.

WhiteRoseLeaflet4_p1

White Rose Leaflet 4, page 1

In the 4th Leaflet of the White Rose they spoke of parenting, just simple wisdom that all parents knew to be true: ‘He who does not want to hear, must feel.’

Such an opinion no one can hold in our days, because people who do such a thing will be persecuted. We can testify! They will have their children taken from them! Sophie’s child would be taken from her today and thrown into the abyss of foster-care.

Consider the following: the Scholl siblings were executed by our fathers, because they spoke up opposing the war. But if the resistance fighters of the “White Rose” lived today, their children would be taken from them, because those children would be chastened. They would raise them with exactly these consequences: “Who does not hear must feel.”

Nowadays it is believed that children no longer should be chastised. To this foolishness everyone conforms. Thus we see the values and the laws change, but the spirit remains the same.

But God’s Word does not change and neither does the inner law that all men know. It can be suppressed by the laws of men, and called evil, but it is not. It is good to love your child and discipline them for not listening to you. Just ask the White Rose…but would you listen to their answer?

As Sophie Scholl famously put it: ‘The law is changing — not the conscience.’

The laws also changed at that time. The human conscience did not. But only a few stood up at the time. Nobody said anything in 1943 when the siblings Scholls were executed…the vast majority were quiet, just like today.

Are we celebrating the courage of the Scholl siblings rightly, if we watch in silence as those who stand up today are sentenced again? The older generation of Germans who were still raised tightly by their loving parents, do they now stand up for what is right? Do they stand up for what their conscience calls good and true?

Anyone who understands good ethics and morals, how right and wrong must guide one’s choices, knows how children learn these things. They would not condemn us for how we educate our children.

But just like then the majority is silent, although their conscience and their common sense say that a child must be educated with boundaries and consequences.

“Return to the clear moral principles, to the rule of law, the trust of one person to another; this is not illegal, but conversely the production of legality. ~ Kurt Huber”

Kurt_Huber

Professor Kurt Huber, executed for resistance to the Nazi regime.

Another fellow “fighter” of Hans and Sophie Scholl was the Philosphy professor Kurt Huber. On 19 April 1943, in his defense speech before the People’s Court, said: “Return to the clear moral principles, to the rule of law, the trust of one person to another; this is not illegal, but conversely the production of legality.”

He was beheaded on 13 July 1943.

Then it was clear the voice of conscience fell into the abyss of death. Where is it today?

To this day, German compulsory schooling still teaches the most important lesson in life, which is to conform. Just go with it, no matter what your heart tells you – no matter what the wisdom of the older generation teaches – just don’t rock the boat – just don’t get into trouble. Because if you did…

What would people think?

“I consider it a difficult fact that the parents are living in a community of believers, that lives according to the guidelines of the Bible. Therefore it seems difficult to estimate, how much the parents would be able to distance themselves from spanking.” (Excerpt from a court record.)

This fact stands out: at least the court can read the Bible.

At least they are open in their opposition to doing what the Bible says.

Government policy is clearly anti-Biblical.

They only seek to uphold that policy.

They only do their job.

They only obey orders.

Can you, O people of Germany, read the Bible, too? Do you care what it says? Do you agree that those who live according to its guidelines should be outlawed? And should lose their children?

If so, you are like most of those who lived in the days of the “White Rose”. They did nothing. They conformed – they adapted simply, clearly, immediately to whatever was going on. No matter how bad everything was – joining the crowd was the best and the safest that anyone could act. Everyone understood.

So many applauded when Hans and Sophie Scholl were executed. Just as it is today, hardly anyone understands what really happens and conforms – no matter how bad it is in our society. Most applauded when the children of the Twelve Tribes were unlawfully removed by police power from their families.

How many applaud when they run away and come home to those same families?

Testimony of the Scholl Parents

Her father and mother were standing outside the courtroom, boldly and with vision for the future: Magdalene: “Let me in, I am the mother of the two accused.”

eltern

Robert and Magdelene Scholl

“Aha, the mother,” replied the guard. “You should have raised them better – taught them better manners.”

Robert Scholl, the father, was escorted forcibly from the courtroom. He left the room with the words: “One day there will be a different kind of justice! One day they will be written down in history.”

Yes, they have gone down in history. They are famous. But what influence did the example of Hans and Sophie Scholl and all the other heroes have on our life? Should we not heed their words? Yes, the message of the White Rose remains:

The law changes. The conscience does not.

That is their legacy to us. Does anyone care? They wanted to arouse people to stand up against injustice. What would Sophie Scholl have to say to the Germany of the day? Praise for the freedoms of conscience and worship and the high regard given the family? Would they stand with the court quoted above. Nay, surely not!!

Would she not say the same thing today the Son of God said to the leaders of His time?

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You build the tombs of the prophets and adorn the graves the righteous and say, “If we had to lived the days of our fathers, we would not be with them become guilty of the blood of the prophets! This testifies you from yourselves that you are sons of those who have killed the prophets. Well, well you do it to the measure of your fathers! (Matthew 23.29 to 32)

Sophie Scholl must have known in her heart that there is a Creator who holds her life in His hands.

One thing is certain. One day, everyone will stand before his Creator and be judged on how they obeyed their conscience.

Propaganda

The Jews were back than shown by Hitler as brutal animals, who secretly ate their children. This image excited the disgust of every normal human being and so they were able to subsequently be easily marginalized in society. From there it was a short step to the ghettos. The “Jew lie” made it easy to ignore human rights and paved the way to the concentration camp. And the concentration camp opened the door to the gas chamber.

Worms, Antisemitische Presse, "Stürmerkasten"

On September 9, 2013 the RTL reporter managed on the basis of false witnesses and illegal filming to start a smear campaign against the Faith community of the “Twelve Tribes”: ‘RTL discovered child abuse at twelve tribes.’

In the headlines on 5 September 2013 were the dramatic reports of a large police operation where all 40 children of our communities of believerers were taken into state custody. According to Mr. Kanth, head of the Youth Office Donau-Ries, abused, marked children were expected who would be glad to be freed. What was expected was not observed, but no one seemed to notice. And they still don’t.

For the past six long months the media reports of “violence allegations and beating allegations and abuse allegations,” in connection with the removal of custody of our children. But the truth is that on the day of the “taking into care” immediately at the District Office they conducted medical examination and no abused children were found and despite intensive examination further on no signs of ill-treatment to the children were found.

NEVER has any abuse of the children been discovered. But what does that matter? What does the truth matter today?

If the truth doesn’t matter about us, it doesn’t matter about anyone…as we have found out, and you will too.

Actually, there are numerous medical certificates and psychological evaluations at hand, that testify, that the children have always been well. But no one seems to notice.

A ruler who adheres to lies, all his officials become villains. (Proverbs 29:12 )

The Jugendamt continues to spread lies…

The Jugendamt (Youth Office) and the courts meanwhile continue to spread these allegations. Employees of the responsible Jugendamt unfortunatly didn’t know the individual families before the violent removal, because they NEVER had contacted them personally.

The reports of the school psychologist, who over a period of ten years, creating performance assessments of students in Klosterzimmern, are not regarded. They are ignored. Why is that?

Now after many months of separation of parents and children and rigorous ban on contact, psychologists seek to find out whether the children would be damaged under the education (upbringing) of their parents. They seek to draw conclusions about the past, because they had not been informed previously of the state of the children.

They saw the RTL feature film, in which even the Jugendamt manager has played a part.

Even Dr. Reipen, Government Director of Swabia, refers to the illegally obtained footage as “Evidence” of abuse.

Our children have now separated from their parents for six months on the basis of the allegations. Now that these children are quite traumatized, one finds gradually out that these allegations are not true.

The older children have fled from the homes and returned to their parents and since then partly officially returned. They were six months illegally housed in homes and foster families. They could “credibly assure that they will not be abused.”

But they were never abused…as the school psychologists, the school officials, the Jugendamt even, and the thousands of guests at our Hoffests knew already. Yes, they knew. But who speaks up?

The first public prosecution has now been called off. Meanwhile, the Family Court will now Check “Education suitability” of the parents. One knows from the case Mollath and others that 95% of the time the court-appointed expert always find against the defendants and for their “employer” (the judges). It threatens the final withdrawal of parental custody.

alfred-kanth

Herr Alfred Kanth (Jugendamtsleiter)

Where now are those who still pretend about “the welfare of children”? Why has the Jugendamt manager never  visited the children, whom he has personally known from the Klosterzimmern School, in the last 6 months? Why does he not inquire about, among other things, their well-being? Talk to them — ask them where they want to live — if they are doing all right? Perhaps he is ashamed. Would it be hard for him now to look the children in the eyes, children for the most part that he has known personally for many years?

And why does he not respond to their letters of petition that they want to go home? Or is it simply hard for the officials to admit a mistake? Access to the files the Jugendamt doesn’t want to give to us – probably they have something to hide. Maybe it’s once again more important to look good and “to save one’s own skin” then to have actual, true concern for the welfare of “cult children.”

Is there no one alive any more with moral courage?

Dear Friends,

Although the Higher Regional Court of Munich found no traces and could confirm no evidence of mistreatment of our daughter Merea, our appeal was rejected. So Merea continues to be held in the children’s home. Now our appeal goes before the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe.

My beloved Merea

Our beloved daughter, Merea.

In Switzerland, we have also reached the Swiss Federal Court, because of the delivery of our daughters Merea and Eva from Switzerland to Germany. The Supreme Court in Bern has rejected our complaint.

Unfortunately the courts are not in a hurry. This is all at the expense of children and of course also of their parents. The situation seems to harden. It’s time to pray, talk, write, act, whatever we can do. Everyone is called to use according to whatever his ability and his talent is. Something has to change, otherwise…

“Today, we – tomorrow you.“

This is what is facing Germany and seemingly Switzerland, and maybe all of Europe.

Once every 14 days we are allowed to visit our daughter Merea. She lives in the Marie Heim, near Augsburg. Four of the Twelve Tribes children are housed here, in two separate groups. The children’s home is actually quite a nice home.

For our children, a prison

However, for our children, it is not a nice children’s home, but a prison, because they are treated like prisoners. The head of the home confirmed that he never had such strict rules for girls. The reason he said is that the children should not be influenced by the parents, which is the direction given by Mr. Singer of the Jugendamt of Donau-Ries.

This is an extreme example of a contact ban. It is the attempt to kill, to destroy, not an individual, which is clearly a crime, but a family: to destroy the relationships that make that small, special group of relatives what they are, a family.

The fact that the children are affected every day by all sorts of people seem to fall into oblivion. The influence of parents, siblings and friends is classified on the basis of our faith in the Bible as dangerous and undesirable. Our faith in God is being outlawed.

At the last visit, as the others, our visit was totally monitored. An educator or Jugendamt assistant guard us every second, so that no word escapes the ear of supervision. This means that our daughter Merea (and all the other children of the Twelve Tribes ), since the taking into care (state kidnapping), can no longer talk openly and be at ease with us, their parents. This has been going on for over six months.

I call that torturing children…the modern way.

Our Children are treated like prisoners of war.

The children are particularly guarded in everyday life. Their letters are opened and read, still, even after 6 months. Letters will not be given to them if they are written in English, even though the children are bilingual and have English-speaking friends or relatives. Also German letters will only be handed over, or read when the writer (eg, the parents) do not affect the child through the mail. One can therefore only superficially write “the weather”. The letters of the children are censored and not given to the children if they are not acceptable…to the Jugendamt (youth department).

The will of our children will be broken and their little souls torn apart. This is the will of the Jugendamt.

It is amazing that the children’s homes, youth protection institutions, and foster parents strictly follow the instructions of the Youth Office, although these directions go against the “dignity of man” and against the rights of privacy in one’s communications, and against the interests of the child.

This blind loyalty to the state is reminiscent of Communist East Germany (the DDR) or Nazi Germany (the Third Reich). “I am only following orders,” everyone can truly say. Their fathers said it before them.

Someone might say, “Yes, but Romans 13 says that state authority is ordained of God and that we must therefore obey the civil authority.” Did not the apostles also have a conflict with the state’s authority long ago? See Acts 5:27-32.

But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5:29)

Authority is good, but when a government legislates against the word of God, we must obey our Father more than the government. We (the Twelve Tribes ) are obedient to the government as long as they remain within the limits which God has given them (Romans 13:1-7).

The German government is keeping our children as hostages. It does not give us the opportunity to emigrate with our children in another country .

With kind regards,

David and Barbara Krumbacher

Is this what awaits Nechonah?

A belated report of how two Swiss nationals were seized in Switzerland and returned to Germany on the Authority of the Jugendamt.

And so this constitutes a very current report of how the Jugendamt lies to the people of Germany.

First published from her parent’s point of view on November 9, 2013: “Bericht von Augenzeugen.”

Eva Krumbacher

The following is from Eva Krumbacher, whom we call by her Hebrew name, Havah.

Read her “Diary of an Abused Girl,” which was published in English on 3 January 2014.

Pages 26-28 of the Diary (which also contains her letter to Bundeskanzlerin (Reich Chancellor) Frau Angela Merkel, recounts the following harrowing story as well.

Switzerland, Friday morning, November 8, 2013…

This morning I was happy. Tomorrow is the Sabbath. I was there with my sister Merea dessert and bread for tomorrow evening to bake. Imma and Abba* have been on the road this morning since 7:00 clock.

It was three clock in the afternoon. Abba and Imma should soon be home. As the bell rang outside. I went to see who it was but a finger was on the small peephole. I ran back and told my grandmother about it. She went and called through the door: “Who’s there?”

Someone said his name. Carefully she opened the door.

Two Swiss police officers crowded into the house. Hardly inside the door they said that they have come to pick Merea and me up.

We were in the kitchen. They came in and told us that we should pack a few important things. We cried and cried.

The policeman said I had five minutes. I tried stalling for time. I held on to Merea. Grandma pulled her to the shoes. She wanted that we would come to more peace. Merea screamed and two policemen came carry out for them. I shouted at her that they should wait for my parents for should be within ten minutes there.

They answered: “No”.

I said, “You can not make take me out of the country. I’m Swiss.”

A policeman was shocked. The other said, “But she is not Swiss.”

I shouted, “I’m Swiss!”

I ran into the other room to look for to seek my identity card. They jumped up to grab me. I searched frantically but I only found Hanna’s identity. I pointed to it: “Here, this is my sister.”

But that did not believe me.

They grabbed me and pushed me to the chair, dressed me in my boots stuffed me in my jacket and dragged me get out. I screamed as loud as I could. No neighbors came out to rescue me.

I was soooo helpless.

They pushed me into the car and strapped me down. I was silent. Merea cried and cried. I called my parents. I said, “They are taking us to Germany.

My parents followed us to the German border. When they saw our Swiss papers they were surprised. But it was too late.

Merea and I pounded against the windows. I needed to use the restroom so urgently. Merea also. We wanted our parents embrace but they did not allow that. We went crying to the restrooms.

When we came back we tore ourselves suddenly out of their claws off and ran to our parents. After a brief discussion, we were forced to go along with the German police and our parents could follow us to the police station follow. We sat in the hallway of the police  station five hours with our parents.

Then came the Jugendamt (Youth Office): Mr. Singer, Mr. Ziegler, Frau Kundinger, and two other women.

My parents went up to them to talk with them about us. We prayed that our Father does a miracle and allow us go home, to leave this place, but no! My parents both came back and wept. I wish we simply could all just die!

I shouted at the police, ‘Are you here to protect people and to save them or are you here to deliver us to these evil enemies?’

The police man did not answer me.

“This is abuse. I have never been so abused! We are the ones who ran away (from foster care). We ran for our lives and now you are handing us over to them again? We will die!”

A police officer came over and told me stop. I would only make it worse for Merea if I continue my feelings would express. He wanted me to promise him I would be quiet.

I said, “I am still, if you give me only promise that we are not to be separated.”

He agreed with me and went to speak to the Jugendamt (youth welfare office). He came back, but he could not help me, he could not promise, so I told him they were the biggest child abusers in the world. We screamed more and more, weeping. He told me to calm to be but I said that I would not because he had not given his promise.

The police brought from somewhere a “pastor” from the Red Cross to talk to me.

They thought I was crazy.

I yelled at him do not talk to me. I was totally normal and would only my use the brain and that I was not at all would be crazy, but if he wanted to know why would I conduct myself so, I would tell him. I said: “The abuse us! They take us away from our parents and on top of that they are separating me from my sister!”

Wicked Frau Kundinger grabbed Merea and began to walk away with her. I knew Merea could not even kiss our parents goodbye. I quickly embraced my parents and ran after Merea.

I clung tightly to her. Merea was screaming bloody murder that they taking her away from me. They tore her away from me.

The last thing I heard from her was: “Promise me that tonight I with can sleep my sister. Please promise me! Please…” and then I shouted loud cries, too.

Saturday morning, November 9, 2013…

Police ordered her to be quiet and there were cold answers from Frau Kundinger and Herr Singer. We were four hours on the road and came two clock in the morning to a village.

“Where is Merea?” I asked. “You tell me. I will not do anything before you tell me that…”

But they only responded: “She is in the other car.” It was raining and super cold outside and I had hardly anything to war so I followed them into the house. I spoke not a word.

They asked if I had a cell phone.

I said, “No.”

Mr. Singer said that he thought that I would have one.

I said, “No.”

The woman, who had taken charge of us asked if they search my bag could.

I said, “No.”

So they came to the conclusion that I would have one and that they my bag would search.

I said, “No!” And I said, “The woman can search my bag without you all because I hate you for what you do and what you are.”

Mr. Singer remarked sarcastically: “OK. Eva never lies. You can trust her that she will subsequently show you the bag.”

When they left, he wanted to give me a hand shake. I looked him in the eye and said, “I do not shake the hand of such evil people as you!”

Mockingly he replied: “Oh, I expected that.”

Once they were gone I put my phone on the table, hid my head in my hands and cried. The woman showed me where my phone would be kept and a bit of the house. She told me that I am in a home with seven would other girls are and that it were several homes in the village.

I saw my room they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste and a few towels.

I did not fall asleep. I knew Merea now either had to be arrived or is still somewhere on the road. At three clock they told me that they were still on the road. I knew that Merea had not slept in the car. She told me so before she left, that she would be too much afraid to fall asleep because she did not know what they would do when she was asleep.

For me this is the WORST, EVIL ABUSE OF CHILDREN. TO DO SOMETHING SO BAD TO A CHILD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.

And so the newspaper reported. “They were quite calm.”

From the article: Sekten-Vater attackiert Behörden

This past weekend the Swiss Police gave the girls missing for two weeks, of the sect, “The Twelve Tribes” back to employees of the Jugendamt Donau-Ries.

The girls were ages nine and 17 years and now in a foster family and in a Jugendamt institution.

“The employees of this agency have not removed the girl’s phone,” says Achim Frank from the District Office of Donau-Ries Jugendamt:

“But these are definitely Jugendamt facilities, in which a fundamental cell phone ban is in place. This is not directly targeted at individuals.”

Also, the parents are not in contact with the girls – that is prohibited – so their contact must now be re-regulated.

“A colleague cares for the girls. You need to come only once to rest now.”

You would need your personal belongings and documents again.

The return of the two children from the Swiss border from is said to have been unproblematic:

“They were quite calm.”

And so the Jugendamt has lied to you consistently since 5 September 2013, dear reader. They have lied boldly, knowing that most everyone wants to hear the lies and not the truth. The lies confirm their comfortable lives. Governments know well how to lie.

Nechonah’s Diary: I am Constantly Bullied in the Children’s Home

A true destiny — Germany 2013-2014

Nechonah’s words are all in blue.

Re-education, not in China, but in Germany!

She felt like she was in a prison.

A policeman leads inmates as they walk along a road with their wrists tied together to a rope at Emei Mountain regionThey had tried to re-educate her in a foster-family ordered by the Jugendamt (youth welfare office). Everything that had to do with her previous life in the Twelve Tribes, she should now forget and “get to know the missed time and catch up (with everyone else in the world).” No one believed her, no one said anything good about her parents or her friends.*

The world is twisted.

She had to live an underground life: secretly read and write letters. She had to dress differently, eat differently, and behave differently than at home. She was being not-so-subtly coerced to conform to German society.

She missed her friends with whom she had previously spent her school and leisure time with.

The Community was accused of what she now had to experience at the controlling hands of the Jugendamt – all contacts with her girlfriends were denied her. She was not even allowed to get letters from them.

Visitation is once every four weeks for one hour in the cold, supervised atmosphere of the Jugendamt and once a week a 10 minute phone contact.

They tried to force her to eat liver. She pushes herself away from the table; she eats it at the end. Mr. Singer from social services explained: “We just wanted to improve her blood level.” Although all knew that Nechonah has never eaten anything like blood and blood organs and did not want to eat them.

They trivialized her wishes; this is how the Jugendamt treats children in their custody.

Everything is so terrible in foster care!

She can not take it any more, especially when they separated her little brother from her. For no reason.

“Just because I told my brother he should be careful with the chocolate. Was that a bad influence? There’s something else behind it; they had planned it anyway. The other foster daughter had indeed overheard it on the phone; they wanted to separate my brother from me.

“On Friday I had a headache at school, I did not know when they would do it. I asked the teacher if I could go back home. Now I lie in bed, the foster mother just comes (easy) in and thinks I’m asleep. She grabs my brother’s things in the suitcase…

“Oh, how terrible everything is, I could not tell my brother…

“He fought back, screamed, cried…

“I had been honest in court, but perhaps they wanted to see only the bad and not really listen to my heart.

“I can not understand all that. “

She runs for her life and manages to arrive home, with her parents. Finally she can unload all the months accumulated emotional pain with their parents. (In German, “soul’s pain” — seelischen Schmerz.)

The parents are concerned and deeply saddened, now Mrs. Judge Roser almost yields, almost relents. But nothing happens.

I am constantly bullied in foster care

“The Jugendamt is waiting, there are many homes and many foster families. But for me there is only ONE home.

Once in the children’s home, I am constantly bullied and it’s hard to find a reasonable contact. I retire to my room when the boys from my group are going on about me. One of them is out to get me. He threatened to kill me. I write letters or otherwise occupy myself in my room.

“Is this all to my good?” I think when I’m doing an arc around the boys, so I do not meet him on my way.

“I do not want to be here!

The well-being, the welfare of the child…” like a dull sound that constantly repeats itself as the echo of the steps if you go down a cold stone staircase. Is that what this is about?

cold stone staircase

“An eerie pressure is on me. I can hardly breathe – my trust in the courts and lawyers and the Jugendamt is at the end.

“It ‘s not about me. They saw from the beginning that I’m going under here.

“Sometimes the fear grabs me and everything is gone — the familiarity of my parents, my brother, my friends, my life – everything you took from me. Is the freedom they speak of? That they have put me in prison and will bring me there again?

pfeiffer_01

“Yes, there are many foster families and homes, says the Jugendamt – but for me there is only ONE home.

“Maybe the judges themselves do not know what is going on in such a foster family or a home. I know how it really is, but who believes me?

“And now I’m back home, run away again, and the judge has again decided: for the sake of the well being, the well being of the child.”

It’s waiting for Nechonah back in foster care, the echoing cold stone staircase of lies…

That’s what the Jugendamt has to offer her: an illusion of happiness in the world and the deliberate attempt to re-educate her and destroy her esteem for her parents…all made possible by the iron fist of state power. As one grandmother asks, “Where have our human rights gone?”

*Without a doubt, the State of Germany is devoted to the Destruction of the Fourth Commandment: “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.” (Exodus 20:12)
